Below is the early bird sign-up form for the Etcetera After School Program for 2026-2027 school year.

For a limited time, registration is at a discounted price for those that are currently attending and future families that will be joining us.

The registration fee is per child and this early bird registration fee is valid until 8/21/2026. The registration fee will secure your learner's spot in the program and is non-refundable.
